Who owns Antara Books?

Antara Books is a part of Antara Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. We are in publishing books, content generation and consultancy. Print, Digital and Audio-Visual all three are in our portfolio.

It all started with an approach to form a group of “like-minded souls” working together. An amalgamation of eminent personalities coming from different walks of life putting their body, mind & soul together to create the best that is possible, be it on paper, web, light or sound.     What is cancellation and refund policy?
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days in accordance with our refund policy.

    What are the reshipping charges?

    If the courier is returned due to customer unresponsiveness or door lock issues, re-dispatching will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
    For order cancellations, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the initial shipping amount.

    What is return and refund process?

    If you decide to return your order, the refund will be processed as reward points on our website, deducting the applicable shipping costs.
    In the case of order cancellation post-dispatch, the refund amount will be credited as reward points after deducting the shipping costs.

    What is reward points policy?

    Reward points credited to your account are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please utilize them within this period.

    What is the pricing and cancellation policy?

    Price is shown with each item on the concerned page. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

    Who is eligible for cancellation, return and refund ?

    You can initiate a return or refund request within 2 days of receiving your order.
    Items sold are generally non-returnable, except in cases of Wrong item delivery or Receipt of a defective item.

    Shipping charges are shown on checkout page where ever it applies. 

    What is the normal delivery time frame?

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

    Orders are expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding Weekends & Public holidays. Please note that Weekends & Public holidays are not considered business days.
